Data streaming platform is highly differentiated technology. Huge market opportunity with very few competitors. Well protected moats will allow for continued expansion. Leadership is highly transparent and empathetic.
Cons
Building a company from nothing to a $7 billion valuation in the last several years requires a lot of flexibility and speed, which can feel chaotic. If you want to be part of the ride you have to expect change and be excited for this type of environment. Personally I'm thrilled to be part of a company which continues to aggressively invest and grow, despite the broader macroeconomic climate.
