Overall talented people Good benefits and good culture for a infrastructure company Apparently we were paid in the 75 percentile of the industry

Cons

High pressure from e-staff trickles down into decisions and lack of psychological safety Other non-sales orgs seem to have a great life, but sales is constantly caught up in waves of churn and vision changes This is a developer led company which is not an inherent con, but something to consider for all other business functions Sales org is pretty much all older white dudes I got promoted after my first year, then next two years most members of my team were never promoted. Eventually, my whole team got laid off

Great product, strong leadership, and talented people across the organization. Excellent place to learn enterprise SaaS sales and grow quickly as an SDR. Supportive team culture, good training, and a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to work with large global accounts. Strong compensation and career development opportunities for high performers.

Cons

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
