Cons
No work-life balance at all. You're expected to be available all the time with no boundaries. Management is poor. Managers don’t do much apart from assigning cases. There are no defined work responsibilities. You can be asked to do anything—webinars, helping marketing teams, or even call center work—just so the director can validate your work hours. No clarity on roles or responsibilities. You’re treated like a resource that can be used anywhere for anything. Team culture is toxic. Teammates are jealous of each other and constantly gossip behind each other’s backs. Management can fire you or ask you to resign anytime without giving a proper reason. Team leads are promoted internally from the same group. They have no experience managing a team and are only focused on politics and favoritism. Most teammates are demotivated because of the constant politics and lack of real leadership.
