Horrible Finance department - Accounts Receivable Confluent Health Employee Review

Poor leadership, too much gossip coming from leadership. Management see you as a threat if your not buddy buddy with them, if not you dont fit in with the culture. Alot of miscommunication and confusion. Everything is so manual. People run in groups, turnover is high and CFO never comes out the office. The owner only cares for Physical Therapist.
