Pros
Decent salary Seems like they promote from within a lot
Cons
Extremely disorganized. I felt like there was a bait & switch with what I was hired for vs. what my job ended up being. Ended up doing a lot of work that I had no experience with, but there was literally no training. It was almost impossible to get anyone to help or answer questions, because everyone is so busy. I spent way too much time chasing people down to help me with things I wasn't trained in, but always felt like an inconvenience because everyone was constantly SWAMPED. They're in growth mode, which is great, but they're growing faster than they can reasonably handle. Not flexible with WFH for people that live locally, though they hire a ton of people for corporate that are in different states, and obviously they are able to work remotely. I never saw my boss but was still made to come in. And the office is very depressing. Not much company culture. It's the epitome of that meme "we're returning to the office because company culture" with a photo of a depressing cubicle captioned "the culture." Turnover is very high.
