-There are some good/quality people that work there (albeit fewer and fewer as time goes by) -Founder of company is genuine and great to work with/for
Cons
-Negative environment (most people are unhappy/under motivated/uninspired) -CEO is reactionary and difficult to work with/for -Growth & Development is very limited (not a teaching environment) -Promotions & Raises are infrequent and often done by favoritism
