There are a lot of cons regarding Connect America. It used to be a good place to work. There were problems and management was a bit thick-headed, but in 2014 they brought in a new CEO who has to be one of the worst human beings who ever walked the face of the earth. He takes pleasure in making people squirm or cry. It all starts from the top and because of him, upper management has no backbone and treats their employees like a number and not a human being. They are all scared of him.
