Pros
The previous company I was with did not have the compassion and drive to help everyone succeed like Connect America does. I used to think it was weird how great the staff was. I finally started to get used to the kind words and gestures I would see. This company is like no other. They stand on solid ground and so does everyone, including myself, underneath of Leadership. They test you and your skills, so be you can be better than what you were yesterday. Since I have been here from 2017 to now, I have seen Major growth from individuals because of this drive.
Cons
The only con I do have, is the response times for some requests. I do understand about being busy and things, so no rush.
