Enjoyed helping customers. Listening to their needs and wants got them over to the proper department if I wasn’t able to Assist them

Some day it was challenging because our customer were older and the would call in upset either because of pass due bill or maybe love one has passed on but was able to assist then in there needs and trued my best to comfort them
