Be repaired to listen to people cry and scream. The bonuses are mediocre, and missing as little as 2 hours of work can impact numbers enough to disqualify you for a bonus. If there are technical issues on their end or yours, you must be on call and immediately available should the problem be fixed, but you are not paid for this time.
