You have to be a great friend or closely connected owner of the owner to go anywhere within this company, they hire friends and family without any experience and that person will be your boss.
Cons
Low pay, expensive medical with minimal coverage and high copays. Annual bonuses taken away, no tuition assistance, you have yo use your own cell phone for business and the company won’t chip in or provide a cell phone for business use. No perks for employees. Company doesn’t provide equipment to do your job efficiently.
