Cons
- No training involved. I came from an industry that was different than accounting and finance and after my first day reading the guidelines on Connect Search, they threw me on the phones and expected results right away. - They have 0 patience with new recruiters coming in. When I did provide a candidate who had the experience to my BD, he would not even respond over email, or give me feedback as to why the candidate is not a "good fit". - Poor leadership, there is no growth within the company. They want people to stay late even when we have no jobs available? - I was there for 1 month and they let me go because I was not picking up the job. They knew I came from a different vertical and they never gave me any warning or concerns I would be let go.
