I worked at Connect Search for about 4 years right when I graduated college. If you are just out of college, or have a few years of experience in the recruiting/staffing world this is a great company to gain great experience while making good money. If you work hard, and do what is asked, you will succeed. The Partners have great relationships with their clients, making the process from interview to offer very quick and smooth. If you put in the work, and are able to do well and work hard for 2-3 years, you can get a job almost anywhere. TB
