Decisions to incorporate basketball hoops or other activity areas into the workplace are a business decision that incorporates space, cost, benefit, and risk, along with consistency for all locations. To date, the most practical approach has been to support a health allowance, as we do offer a Fitness Reimbursement benefit with many gyms.
