PC Connection does not depend on the Sales Assessment as the sole determinant in its hiring process; in fact it is not even the most important determinant as you allude. A candidate’s work history and questions centered around the ability to do the job in question are also key components in the selection process. It is worth noting however, that the Sales Assessment has been validated as a tool to utilize in the hiring process and the assessment we use for sales is very common and utilized by many Fortune 1000 Companies.
