We are glad to hear that you feel the organization allows one to build a career and that you recognize the various career paths available inside the organization. We do recognize we need to make changes, as you indicated, on our infrastructure and provide better tools in the form of systems for employees. There has been progress made in this area, and we hope in the coming months you will see more advancement of this initiative.
