Connection provides a compensation structure for Account Managers by providing a bridge for the first several years as new Account Managers build their books of business. Our compensation plans are reviewed to see if they are yielding the desired results. We understand the challenges you mention with systems and there have been a number of enhancements that have been made and there will continued investment in operational efficiencies.
