Management has an open door policy. Benefits are great! Weekends are voluntary. Good pay for not being in a big city. You have to apply yourself however if you want to move forward. I feel that most of management really does care about their people. All of management will work with you when it comes to family matters. I feel the new VP is a great asset to the company. He has & shows respect for us, the employees. He wants to hear ideas and suggestions. He is engaged and spends time out on the floor, not just in his office.

No Over Time!!! Same as everywhere else, having to tolerating fellow co-workers who don't care about the job they do, but want to complain about everything under the sun.
