Working with very sick patients, never a boring day. Having Dr Nadiri as medical director, I’ve learned so much from her provider education and rounds she does with us. The job is stressful but her openness to work through difficult cases puts me at ease to know I always have her. I can’t say how much this means to me and many others in the building.

Ineffective and absent leadership, co-workers in a battle to establish themselves as the top dog. Patients with serious mental illnesses becoming punch lines for the amusement of team members. Unethical to the max. Run.
