Company used to look for talented people.
Cons
Hourly employees do more than Case Mangers and make nothing. Case Managers make more than supervisors and do less than hourly employees. A 20 thousand difference in pay among Progran Managers. This company loves to hire from L and pay them twice as much. Only previous L employees get promoted. Why? L from the top down.
