Pros

Beautiful offices, most of the workforce is great. Finally got a training dept.

Cons

EMT really dropped the ball over the last few years. Large amount of turnover due to employees being moved from team to team without being asked. This has impact on the employee as well as the team that they came from as the team is then asked to pick of the slack. It would work if it was only one or two people however when you take five people and expect a team to still meet production then your nuts. I found myself working an obscene number of hours because there was a hiring freeze as well during the pandemic. Also they are now starting erg groups and "mentoring" programs but the first program was only available to African Americans with promises to add others next year.

Thank you for your feedback and we will share it with our HR leadership team. We prioritized the jobs of our current Teammates during the pandemic and we are very proud that we were able to not just keep our entire Team a result, but that we've continued to grow and hire new Teammates over the last 18+ months. We have also focused on enhancing our training and development to better support both new and tenured Teammates including the launch of our first Sponsorship program to support the career development of Teammates from underrepresented groups. We look forward to a larger mentorship launch next year. We've also been thrilled to launch three new Employee Resource Groups this year: Black Impact, Women Connect and Proud@ConnectiveRx , which are open to all Teammates.

Pros

Teams are collaborative - coworkers are knowledgeable and you are able to work together to excel at your job. Great feed back from peers. Your experience is transferable to other positions or companies - equipment is not too outdated - they use jobforce CRM and other updated technologies - Hybrid - They have training on all levels that really assist in personal development and career development.

Cons

Management is often promoted internal without experience or consideration as to how they interact with their team members. Upper management is anywhere from providing opportunities to being exceptionally out of touch. It is surprising how often upper management is inexperienced, The insecurities of those kinds of managers it make it hard to have a collaborative effort to get things done. Communication is shut down quickly with no resolution "just shut up and you are the problem attitude" instead having a desire to understand the situation and attempting to work together for the benefit of all.

Pros

There are some really good people here.

Cons

They punish hard workers with relocations to new teams and act like it's a promotion or a recognition of achievement. They advertise a hybrid schedule but each time you're moved to a new team they take it away and it resets again til when they feel you're okay to resume. The team changes can happen multiple times a year. Someone in the same position can get paid to do less work than someone who is given 5 times the workload. There is favoritism. I have been told not to discuss wages even though that is illegal. Time has been removed from my timesheet to accommodate only 40 hours, even if you work a couple minutes over. You are expected to be logged in and ready for your shift by the time your shift starts, and you are not paid for the time to log in and be ready. There is a 7 minute "grace period" where they don't pay you for the time and round up or down depending on where you are in that 7 minute period. Raises are not even enough for a standard of living increase. Recognition is far and few between.
