Without any specifics to respond to, it's hard to speak to the elements of dissatisfaction. It seems like you had a good experience in the past and we'd love to know what changed that for you. If you're not comfortable speaking to your manager, then reach out to an HR manager or business partner. If there's specific behavior you see that's concerning or is impacting you, please don't let it go unreported. If confidentiality is an issue for you, then reference the Employee Handbook on The Link (page 13) to find the phone number for our anonymous compliance hotline.
I also hope you're participating in our twice-yearly engagement surveys. These provide a wealth of data to us about Teammate concerns as well as positive experiences.
