Dear Reader, it’s important to us that you understand we have zero-tolerance for discrimination and harassment at ConnectiveRx and the policies in place to support that. We have always been committed to providing a safe work environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. This is taught during onboarding, reinforced with Employee Handbook reviews and trainings, and most importantly, expressed daily in the collaborative, compassionate, and transparent culture at ConnectiveRx.
We’re aware of no basis to support the allegations posted in this Glassdoor review. While we’re not aware of the details of this alleged former employee’s experience, it’s important to us to share that our company does have a wide array of systems for anyone to report problems they may encounter in our workplace. If anyone felt they couldn’t share information with their own management or HR Business Partner directly, we provide two dedicated email addresses and an anonymous telephone hotline for reporting any kind of information—we provide these contact details to employees during onboarding, in the Employee Handbook, and on our internal website portal.
Additionally, if one of our employees observes discrimination or harassment toward another employee, they are actively encouraged to report this. Per our policy, all complaints are investigated promptly and thoroughly.
