Pros

It's a shame what this company has turn into. I used to look forward to work daily, but that quickly changed after big management change. They promotes people to managers who have no idea what they are doing, and have no knowledge on the program. No option for remote due to a lawsuit against having the new buildings empty. ( we literally had 2 new buildings in Robinson right before Covid happened) the company used to have birthday parties, random potlucks, and interactions to keep us as one. As soon as the new managers took over, that ship sunk. Connectiverx is now a ticking time bomb. Don't waste your time

Cons

Pto after certain amount of time

Reviewer - We hope you'll take advantage of the systems our HR team has in place to ensure employees do have ways to air concerns about their daily work experiences, management, etc. If reaching out to your team's HR business partner doesn't suit you, we developed an anonymous method for feedback via telephone hotline. Find the number on page 13 of the Employee Handbook that's published on The Link. Following the pandemic, the decision was made to return to our campuses to develop the strongest team connections and knowledge bases for the best service to our clients and the patients. Being together also increases employee development and opportunities to learn and grow. Like all businesses and gathering spots, we evolved our social-safety rules as the Pandemic numbers shifted. We continue to celebrate our successes and cultural benchmarks several ways--food trucks onsite, offsite events at local restaurants after hours, employee mixers in appropriately sized spaces. We're happy to say that onsite celebrations are back in force (Juneteenth and Diwali events, ice cream social, our recent Thanksgiving luncheon, among others). Plus, our employee resource groups have brought a number of virtual events to life this year, adding a new dimension to our Teammates' experiences. We hope you'll attend our future events to enjoy rebuilding relationships with our teammates.

Pros

Teams are collaborative - coworkers are knowledgeable and you are able to work together to excel at your job. Great feed back from peers. Your experience is transferable to other positions or companies - equipment is not too outdated - they use jobforce CRM and other updated technologies - Hybrid - They have training on all levels that really assist in personal development and career development.

Cons

Management is often promoted internal without experience or consideration as to how they interact with their team members. Upper management is anywhere from providing opportunities to being exceptionally out of touch. It is surprising how often upper management is inexperienced, The insecurities of those kinds of managers it make it hard to have a collaborative effort to get things done. Communication is shut down quickly with no resolution "just shut up and you are the problem attitude" instead having a desire to understand the situation and attempting to work together for the benefit of all.

Pros

There are some really good people here.

Cons

They punish hard workers with relocations to new teams and act like it's a promotion or a recognition of achievement. They advertise a hybrid schedule but each time you're moved to a new team they take it away and it resets again til when they feel you're okay to resume. The team changes can happen multiple times a year. Someone in the same position can get paid to do less work than someone who is given 5 times the workload. There is favoritism. I have been told not to discuss wages even though that is illegal. Time has been removed from my timesheet to accommodate only 40 hours, even if you work a couple minutes over. You are expected to be logged in and ready for your shift by the time your shift starts, and you are not paid for the time to log in and be ready. There is a 7 minute "grace period" where they don't pay you for the time and round up or down depending on where you are in that 7 minute period. Raises are not even enough for a standard of living increase. Recognition is far and few between.
