Pros

Gym access, coffee bar, free Peloton app, free Headspace app (you are going to need this more than the coffee!)

Cons

This place is everything you wish you never knew, with people you don't wanna know. Since I started, it's only been slowly going down hill. For a while they used COVID as an excuse, now? Well, now they're struggling, especially after that weird stint by Mr Clean trying to pass off as CEO. The idea behind the company is alright but the execution is a joke! Whatever is considered the bottom of the barrel is where they find staff. There are people, departments and offices just taking up space, resources and bleeding the company dry. So often people are not pulling their weight at all and others have to pick up the slack because the only thing they're doing is running their mouths either complaining or gossiping. People come and go fast enough to cause whiplash and I imagine it's because they either see the writing on the wall or realize their education and brain cells deserve better. But given how myopic management is and how they insist on only hiring local, it's only a matter of time before everyone is replaced by AI or robots. You have to wonder how people are in managerial and director roles that have no business in said roles. Seems they have a couple of degrees and think they're now qualified to manage people which is just laughable. Most are lazy, do the bare minimum, and are not remotely self-aware about their limitations. Note to you: we can see through your ineptitude, yes you, reading this! Anyone hired more than 4 years ago needs a hard reassessment because I promise you they were hired by clueless .............. There is ABSOLUTELY a culture of bullying here. It's more prevalent in "certain" departments but you'll feel the pressure to partake because if you don't, your manager and peers absolutely will ice you. You'll get them middle school vibes and soon understand why ageism exists because the bullying is simply more common in a certain age group, yeah, that same group that resists change and complains about EVERYTHING, CONSTANTLY. And there ABSOLUTELY is favoritism here and it's simply demoralizing to everyone which is why sooner or later, you'll stop caring about putting in the effort and if you're smart, you'll start making your exit plan. The pay is laughable, on par with the pathetic "bonuses" they give. So they offer a 401K, good luck ever coming up with the money to contribute to that junk cos the pay is, repeat after me, a joke! They try to act like we're some big happy family but they're as dysfunctional as your own family. The hypocrisy is really grating. They allow "some" departments to be fully remote, others hybrid but everyone else has to haul their behinds to work and you know those are the least paid or compensated workers and they're expected to put the wear and tear on their vehicles and spend on gas. At bonus time, you will get far less than what the asshats at the top get while getting a measly raise that can hardly buy you a pot to you know what in. There are companies that last year gave their workers a couple of grand just to relieve the burden of inflation, don't expect anything like that here. Nobody here has the common sense and logic to run a company efficiently, keep employees happy or make the company any money. This place will go the way of the dodo but you won't care cos you don't get paid enough to care. They do not trust their employees which is why they want everyone working in-person oh but why not just hire honest, better people with integrity you may ask? Cos they're just too cheap so they have to force people in in order to monitor them while all the c-clowns get to work remote from ANY state, city, planet, see how unfair? You know what that is? It's intentionally heirarchal so you know and remember your role. Take a good look at the c-clowns, they all are different hues of the same color. Another clue? Juneteenth, despite being a National holiday still does not get honored here. DO NOT believe any of the positive reviews, it's either AI, a blowhard, or someone you teed off long ago.

Pros

Teams are collaborative - coworkers are knowledgeable and you are able to work together to excel at your job. Great feed back from peers. Your experience is transferable to other positions or companies - equipment is not too outdated - they use jobforce CRM and other updated technologies - Hybrid - They have training on all levels that really assist in personal development and career development.

Cons

Management is often promoted internal without experience or consideration as to how they interact with their team members. Upper management is anywhere from providing opportunities to being exceptionally out of touch. It is surprising how often upper management is inexperienced, The insecurities of those kinds of managers it make it hard to have a collaborative effort to get things done. Communication is shut down quickly with no resolution "just shut up and you are the problem attitude" instead having a desire to understand the situation and attempting to work together for the benefit of all.

Pros

There are some really good people here.

Cons

They punish hard workers with relocations to new teams and act like it's a promotion or a recognition of achievement. They advertise a hybrid schedule but each time you're moved to a new team they take it away and it resets again til when they feel you're okay to resume. The team changes can happen multiple times a year. Someone in the same position can get paid to do less work than someone who is given 5 times the workload. There is favoritism. I have been told not to discuss wages even though that is illegal. Time has been removed from my timesheet to accommodate only 40 hours, even if you work a couple minutes over. You are expected to be logged in and ready for your shift by the time your shift starts, and you are not paid for the time to log in and be ready. There is a 7 minute "grace period" where they don't pay you for the time and round up or down depending on where you are in that 7 minute period. Raises are not even enough for a standard of living increase. Recognition is far and few between.
