They have an awesome coffee/tea machine
Cons
They did away with annual bonuses and instead implement what would have been a bonus into the regular pay checks. They do not accommodate work from home for persons with mental disabilities. There is no clear attendance policy. They require proof of death to use bereavement. They make existing employees take later shifts because early shifts are "appealing" to new hires. They change programs constantly, there is no job security. Pay is minimal, annual increase is less than 2%
