Pay well below industry standards. Expectations completely out of touch with reality causing employees to engage in unethical practices. An example would be telling customers their tablet is free and bundling it into the plan while not informing them that $15 charge is from the tablet plan. Another thing they will tell you to do is change customers insurance to TEP plus and not inform the customer, they will tell you if they ask to tell them that insurance went up.
Benefits do not exist, no sick days or vaction for hourly. Medical insurance that is more expensive than purchasing on your own.
Commission is low for industry, in my district only 4-5 people out of ~45 a month would hit the %10 payout.
High turnover rate as well.
