      The only con is constantly be watched on camera.

      Thank you for the feedback. The cameras are always on but they are used primarily for employee growth / development. Their next use is as a security and loss prevention tool. We have some store leaders that do a great job of sitting with their employees and using this tool to help everyone see where their opportunities are. Think of it like a football player watching footage after their game so they can prepare for the next one!

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
