      The customers I interact with make my job better. We get good hours and we’re all like a family

      The customer traffic at my store is low. Commission here is harder to make than other places

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
