Pros
Not many if any at all other than willing to work with college schedule. Even then not that great.
Cons
Anyone can become a manager even if they are not qualified. Lies about salary. Was told I would start at around 13$ per hour plus commission cause I’m bilingual. First pay check came in and it showed 10$ an hour. Asked about it and they said I had to wait 90 days. Commission structure is horrible. They make you work 40 hours that way your revenue per hour is low. They try to sale you on all these trips and things the company does but it doesn’t matter if they have horrible marketing. They lie to their employees and customers. I could never work for a company who deliberately ensures that you lie to customers to close a sale. I left the company and didn’t get my last pay check till 6 months after I left. No work life balance. I can honestly go on about how horrible they are set up structurally. Will not be surprised if they get bought out in the next 5 years. They are NOT built for longevity. I’ve worked for other telecommunications company and I took them for granted. This is by far the WORST job I have ever had. I am not one to speak ill about companies especially when they help me provide for myself and my family no matter how I feel but save yourself the headache and skip this interview. I fell behind on my bills because of them and burned through my savings just to make ends meet.
