      I’ve had the worst experience at this company they overworked myself and the entire staff we were working 60 hours a week , 6 day work weeks and being mistreated by district managers. The work life balance is horrible I wasn’t even allowed to get off for a funeral after working for the company for two years and never missing a shift and always being on time. I don’t recommend working here if you want to have a good work life balance because they will drain everything out of you.

      I am sorry to hear about your experience, there should absolutely be work / life balance. It sounds like you guys were working very hard for each other and the customers. Sometimes staffing gets behind and everyone has to fill those gaps. As Store Manager a lot of that falls on you to recruit, interview and hire. Leadership and support should step in to help or assist with staffing as needed.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
