      Decent commission and decent pay. Amazing benefits and incentives.

      Terrible upper management. Upper management constantly lies to managers and reps. Lots of favoritism, lots of empty promises. No work life balance at all. Upper management constantly bug you on days off and while you’re on vacation. Management.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
