      Exceptional company that values its employee's growth and well being. From day one, I was impressed by everyone's commitment to helping and making our transition seamless into the CS Culture. At all levels, team demonstrates genuine care and providing constant feedback on changes and improvements.

      Cons

      If you want to be challenged and out of your comfort zone to help grow as an individual- this is the place. You will be rewarded for your efforts. If you are planning on coasting by- looks elsewhere.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
