Pros
I’ve worked with multiple different dealers in the past (mostly due to mergers) however Connectivity Source has by far been the best! I’ve never felt so supported as a store manager. Engagement is there with District Managers, Directors and even our VP. Refreshing to see that they’re actually there offering consistent support! I also enjoy the competitive pay structure because it’s performance driven, so if you’re doing your job your pay will reflect it!
Cons
It can be stressful if you’re not being supported by a good team in store and in upper management. However, this varies on your ability of building strong professional relationships and how effectively you communicate. If you ask for help, you’ll get it!
