      You get hourly plus commission Discount on your cell phone bill

      Cons

      It's so unorganized and there is no proper support for front line workers when short staffed. There is a lot of bad behavior that is allowed to go on and people that have no business working there but have been for years and years. Also, the commission structure is a joke compared to other wireless companies.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
