      The people in my store were okay

      Cons

      Commission can be taken for too many reasons. Store didnt hit goal, you were too busy with customers to take a break, etc etc. its ridiculous and money hungry.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
