Worst job I've ever had - Licensed Insurance Agent Connexion Point Employee Review

Pros

My top performance earned me a tv and other sales driven prizes, but it's only worth it if you can handle being watched like a hawk every second of the day and having no personal space or freedom to go on break or use the bathroom when you need to.

Cons

Literally no job stability, year round. I worked my behind off during the stressful Annual Enrollment Period, and after making it past the initial rounds of lay offs, I was still treated like a disposable employee. Management treats employees like children and uses fake money, beads, and buttons as motivators. The breakroom is tiny and awkward for so many people, but the bathrooms are HORRIBLE. There are ants that have trails through the stalls, the roof is leaking and dripping, the lights stay burnt out for months, toilet seats are askew, and toilet paper holders are broken and fly open every time you reach for paper. The work office is old with terrible lighting, and even though the building is surrounded by windows, they keep all the windows shut all the time so the environment is severely depressing and toxic. The cubicles are so tiny you only have about 2.5 feet of personal cubicle with no elbow room, and with 16 people per row talking on the phone, it gets hard to even concentrate.
