I have worked here for 2 years now and looking for other employment. Luckily this line of business is everywhere. Other companies pay more and have their act together. They always say one thing, promise things, then they never happen. Not a family feel at all. I am always worried i may get fired one day. The honest truth. I'm surprised I've been there this long.
