They pay you for being there

Cons

The require people to purchase a headset, though them to work there. They will not allow you to purchase your own or bring in your own. They only charge you 25.00 so if you attempt to go to the Labor Commission they wont assist because it is under 50.00. They don't make you aware of this prior to starting so you don't know this. I was in class room training for a week and did not know.
