Pros

There are some good people here who give their all to make things work.

Cons

Upper management cannot communicate. Trademarks of this company are underpaid employees and a relatively high turnover rate. A good majority of this company, which deals with healthcare companies, seems unconcerned with HIPAA compliance. Management is reluctant to fund good technology and is constantly asking technology staff for miracles.
