Pros
The hourly pay is very high for a job that doesn't require a bachelors degree.
Cons
They don't trust you, especially with information that is handled. Strict protocol with internet use, cell phones, accessible plastic ware in the work room and other odd things. From October to December you and bet you'll work at least your scheduled hours, plus some. They will add hours up to +30 even if you're already full time without coordinating with your schedule outside of work. Mid December you there are major cuts, if you stay on they'll reduce your hours later around March and may even require you to forfeit weeks of work because they don't access their expenses well and are unable to pay all of their employees. There is no forewarning for this. They don't ask or use suggestions from lower management, cooperate does what they want at their whim. Training also varies widely from month to month, it makes conversations with prospects monotonous and robotic.
