Pros
If you need a job for a few weeks or don't care about staying with the company long term they are hiring for the fall. Go health their competitor is always hiring so if you need a job when this place goes under you have a good chance of getting a job.
Cons
The company is loosing contracts left and right. They are unable to keep up with the competition. Management is incompetent and dishonest. Shady business practices, company makes policy changes after the fact. Took away PTO even if you've already earned it. Withhold commissions moths after they promise them. Take away holiday pay after working on Memorial Day (2019)They try to find any way to save a buck no matter how many people it affects.
