Pros
it's a paycheck.....if you want to call it that.
Cons
They company is disorganized. They will tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. They favor their friends when it comes to promotions or anything else. They will tell you that your hourly wage is one thing and then as soon as you start they tell you "oh that's not what we pay", and don't expect to see any Bonus that they promise you. if you screw up and don't do your job then you get promoted. If you work hard you have no chance of moving up in the company. If you want to feel like you are back in high school, with all the clicks and "mean girl" attitude then you may enjoy it here, but most of us want to be adults.
