Pros

You get to work with a lot of great people

Cons

Lots. Management in just about every department is impossible to please. You have a huge workload and are expected to use every second you have, there really is no downtime and it leads to burnout quickly. People who do their jobs well leave or are kicked out to be replaced by much less experienced employees who do more but don't know what it is that they're doing. As a result most of the job ends up as cleaning up after their mistakes, which commonly cross the line into non-compliant or even fraudulent. Even after you become a full-time employee your position becomes seasonal again every enrollment period which only makes this problem worse, another factor is that compensation isn't as good as the competition. Middle management almost seems like a popularity contest so a lot of them don't know what they're doing and spread misinformation among everyone below them. Prospects here are pretty bleak and even after several years with the company you'll probably never see a chance to move up.
