Pros

Work from Home, 8-5, that is about it, easy job if you're an outgoing person, fun secret shopper events at the beginning of the year.

Cons

You will not earn PTO after a year with company, you only get 6 occurrences before you get fired. Getting sick while having PTO is an occurrence, as they will not use your PTO to cover your sickness days. Dialogue scripts are outdated and they will fail you on calls for not saying the proper dialog. They will fail you first and than teach you the proper ways. Lack of transparency on policies and procedures, especially with commissions after AEP. You do not get you commission check right away. You will get it on late January after AEP. Every year commission rates and call conversions are different.

Pros

The client was Elevance Health, a large carrier.

Cons

The recruiter either blatantly lied about EVERYTHING I had asked him or he didn't know spit! For example, I made sure to ask, in advance, if there was going to be over time (meaning, time and a half). Come to find out, Connexion Point managers told and made employees add the extra time they worked overtime from the day prior and add it to their 30 min lunch break, the following day, having to take longer lunches, to make sure no one went over 40 hours at the end of the week! Every day, the managers would email employees telling them how much time to add to their unpaid lunch. ANY overtime is supposed to be paid at time and a half...not there! So, one could easily work 3 hours of overtime and not get paid for it, at all! That's considered theft!!!
