Pros

My supervisor is kind. That’s the only pro.

Cons

Training is inadequate, systems are clunky and difficult to use. I have been a very successful Medicare agent in the past, but this place is horrible. Do not expect any support from management when systems don’t work correctly. They are slow with licensing. Practices are predatory and unfair to Medicare clients.
