Pros
Great facilities Work group was very helpful Great training programs for high-potential employees Open job posting system Good (not great) compensation package
Cons
Very rigid management Only the high potentials (young) get any kudos, when many good performers get left out of some of the rewards Attention is concentrated on the newer hires when it is the more experienced employees who really carry the load Many staff jobs are concentrated in Bartlesville, and there's not as much opportunity unless you want to live in Oklahoma.
