Business Outlook
Pros
Great focus as a company. We are all pulling in the same direction. I feel that we are providing quality products, providing energy for our country in a very responsible manner. I could not be more proud of a more ethical company.
Cons
For me there probably are no more advancements due to age (over 50). Our focus is on the young as it should be--however I'm afraid we have lost sight of our best experience. We have a huge disconnect between the generations. Our industry suffered greatly in the 80's and 90's so we really have a great number of folks too young and inexperienced to take the reins from us in management.
