Worst atmosphere ever - Customer Service Agent Consolidated Bus Transit Employee Review

The pay sucks. The atmosphere everyone curses at each other and at customers. I came in professional immediately had to change who I was since this was the most unprofessional atmosphere I witnessed. From the boss dying her hair in the office to workers watching Netflix all day. People are so unprofessional talking about politics and religion all day long. The way they curse at parents on the phone. Corrupt. A driver had 5 accidents and it's only October and he still has a job.
