Starting off you will be a “shape driver “ until certified by DOE but it’s great practice and experience before you hit the road with an official route. Staff is very helpful. On Boarding process pretty much straight forward. One other great thing , if you looking for work and trying to obtain your commercial drivers license they will help you !
